Q: Where do you offer Princess Parties?

A: We currently are offering parties in the local Tricities area including but not limited to Greeneville, Bristol, Johnson City, Kingsport, and the surrounding areas. Please note, gas mileage fees may apply to certain locations. Please call for details.

Q: What time would you recommend my princess arrive?

A: Its recommended for your princess to arrive 15 - 30 minutes after your party guests have arrived.

Q: How far in advance should I book my party?

A: We recommend making a reservation as early as possible. This provides a greater chance of receiving the exact time and date you’re looking for. If you have a last minute party request, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate according to our availability.

Q: When do you offer parties?

A: We offer parties every day of the week based on availability.

Q: How do I book a party?

A: We book parties on a first come, first serve basis. A nonrefundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Deposits are applied to your total party price and the remaining balance is due on the day of your party.

Q: What about boys at my party?

A: We have boys at majority of our parties. We offer activities for both boys and girls and everyone always has a great time at our parties. We also offer Prince characters, SuperHeroes, and Pirates.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted at Princess Parties by Malinda?  

A: Deposits can be made by clicking our "Contact" tab and clicking "Pay Deposit." You can pay through paypal or by credit/debit card. You may also call 423-483-2001 to pay by phone with credit/debit card or by sending a check in the mail.  Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, check, or credit card.


Q: Where are your parties held?

A: We bring the party to your home, park, church, or other venue.  Please provide us with a complete address.  We do ask that all parties held outside offer a shaded area for the princess or character to perform. 

Q: Should I tip my princess?

A: Our princesses are trained professionals who will do their best to provide a successful party for you.  If you feel your princess did a great job, you are welcome to tip. Tipping is not required, but is definitely appreciated.

Q:What is the mileage fee?

A: The mileage fee is based on the location of your party. Not all locations require a fee. Once you’ve booked and we receive the address for your party, we will discuss the mileage fee if it applies.  

Q: What does my princess bring with her to my party?

A: Your princess will bring all supplies needed to conduct all activities included in your party package.  

Q: Can I change my party date or cancel my party?

A: If an unforeseen emergency should arise, we will change your date and time based on availability.  If you do not wish to reschedule your party, you will lose your deposit.

Q: What if the weather/roads are too bad to hold my party?

A: We will reschedule your party if the roads are unsafe for travel on the day of your event.

Q: Are your princesses licensed, copyrighted characters?

A: No, we are professional actresses and vocal entertainers only.

Q: Can I leave during the party?


A: No, we request that you remain at the party at all times.  Your princess is there to entertain. Any behavioral problems or needs of the children at your party remain your responsibility.  If you order facepaint at your party, it is your responsibility to advise party guests' parents, in case of skin allergies.
